Shipping policy

Our shipping cost depends on where your parcel is being delivered and whether you choose the regular or express shipping service. The easiest way to preview the total cost of your order is to add the items you want to your shopping cart and then select your shipping destination. We however are not responsible if any customs charges, duties or taxes that are assessed and levied by your country.​

We ship all orders the business day after they were placed. For North American orders, express shipping usually takes between 1 and 5 business days, regular shipping usually takes between 3 and 10 business days. Please keep in mind that international (outside Canada) orders must pass through customs, which can sometimes add a delay.
