By using the website testyourpoison.com and purchasing products or services on it, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Test Your Poison directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of Test Your Poison products/compounds or services or your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions. In other words, you hereby acknowledge that any purchase shall be done at your own risk.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
As a condition of your use of the Test Your Poison website, you may not use the Test Your Poison website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Test Your Poison website. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Test Your Poison website. Test Your Poison reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Test Your Poison website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
In no event shall Test Your Poison or its heirs and assigns, be liable for consequential damages, nor shall Test Your Poison be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery, or use of the chemicals. The original customer, successors and assigns, agrees to hold Test Your Poison harmless from any damages caused by the use of the products/compounds or services.
The use of all products supplied by Test Your Poison is at your own risk. Test Your Poison supplied test kits can only give an indication of the substance in the sample, a 100% guarantee is not provided. Neither a positive result, nor a negative result means a sample is safe to ingest. No rights and or claims can be derived from the use of our tests. Test Your Poison is not liable for the damages and/or accidents as a result of the use of our products.
You must be above the age of 18 to purchase from Test Your Poison.
You agree to keep all Test Your Poison products away, and out of reach from children.
All customers are assumed to be trained to safely handle chemicals. If you or your affiliates are not, then we do not know this and you will be held liable. The chemicals and/or supplies purchased may have hazardous properties and buyer is liable for handling the compounds in a safe and responsible manner.
Forensic Use Only devices (such as our Fentanyl test) are intended for use only in drug of abuse testing for law enforcement purposes. Appropriate users of such device include, for example, court systems, police departments, probation offices, juvenile detention centers, prisons, correction centers, military and other similar law enforcement/ government agencies, laboratories or other establishments performing forensic testing for these entities. Forensic Use Only devices are not designed, tested, or labeled for use in other settings, such as clinical diagnostic or workplace settings, and is not intended for drug users to determine the purity, composition, or if the substance being examined is safe to use.
Test Your Poison is not responsible for the actions of individuals, groups or businesses when they purchase and possess any products from the site.
We reserve the right to limit or deny sales of our products to unqualified customers.
The compounds Test Your Poison offers are not to be repackaged and/or resold without the prior consent of the owner of Test Your Poison.
Users or visitors of this website are not allowed to use the name of; Test Your Poison or its logo or any images of the testyourpoison.com website for any promotional, media or commercial purpose or any other purpose without the prior consent of the owner of Test Your Poison.
Please note that Test Your Poison has no control over the postal service and their systems and therefore are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. Test Your Poison is also not responsible for lost, missing, or delayed packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If packages are sent back due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for paying re-shipping fees.
Items do not ship out on weekends or Holidays.
Ownership of packages turned over to the carrier (Canada Post or any other carrier) transfers to the buyer. Test Your Poison is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Test Your Poison is not responsible for carrier delivery errors, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from Canada Post along with your order from Test Your Poison, so any shipping issues must be handled by Canada Post.
Test Your Poison is only responsible for your purchase until it is picked up by Canada Post. After that, it is out of our control. We strongly recommend that you select a shipping service with a tracking number.
International Orders:
Test Your Poison is not responsible for any customs fees or shipper fees you may incur, or for customs clearance delays, or any other delivery delays. Test Your Poison will not reimburse shipping, brokerage, duties, taxes, or any other costs and fees.
All charges are in Canadian dollars. If you don’t use a Canadian credit card, you’ll automatically be charged in your local currency. The exact amount charged will depend on the current exchange rate and any fees your bank may charge. Test Your Poison is not responsible for any currency conversion fees and the approximate U.S. dollar total is indicated as a reference for your convenience.
You acknowledge having read and agreed to the above terms and conditions before ordering.
Should any conflict arise between the English and other language versions of those Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
